Awad’s and Khalifa’s talked about an important issue which is Ozone depletion. They introduced their topic in a good way by asking question to the audience. Then they mentioned their outline which is was organized in a simple way and easy to understand it.Started by explaining the cases of Ozone depletion, and how it’s happed. Also they mentioned the suggested solutions for that issue.
The introduction was more than great, but they didn’t have a loads voice to listen to them, so nobody get attention while them presenting. In addition, the presentation slides were great with good colors to get attention except the points which was too long more than 6 words. Also they explained a picture of that case (Ozone depletion) which made the audience understanding. Moreover, a good eye contact and their movements to get the audience attention. Next, they had a great words and language which understand while they presented.
In conclusion, the presentation was great in general with some mistakes in their PowerPoint. Overall, Awad and Khalifa had a great delivery and sharing information.

Communicative Skills
This course has a lot of skills that we need it the future even in the present time. The purpose of learning communicative skills is to improve our speech and to get professional delivery to the audience.
During this course I have learned many skills of communicative such as doing presentation and meeting. Through our meeting, I learned how to discuss problems with our group, by sharing information, show examples and finally to suggestion a great solution about that issue. On the other hand, my speaking it gets better by practice several times before the presentation. So, it improves my speech in general and eye contact get better than before, also my organization get improved with the research information and presentation outline. In undoubtedly, the skills that I learned it will assist me in the future and my field as well. Moreover, speaking and writing are most what I learned in my presentations, writing reports and reflection. By practicing anyone can avoid a lot of difficulties in formal communication, but I think memorizing the formation dealing with your limit time it was bit challenges in my opinion.
Finally, every thing came easy with practicing. For example, before I display my presentation to the audience I did a practice video to know my mistakes and the weak point; to fixed and avoid my mistakes.

Semi-Formal Presentation
One of the great presentations which I think with interesting topic. The introduction was clear and excellent by mention some statics and numbers about the MAG-LEV Train, which absorb the audience attention. Also saif gives a nice preview and points should to be covered.
Saif's presentation was excellent .He mention the main points and the purposes of MAG-LEV train in details, besides how the audience can benefits from this kind of technology. Also he supports that by giving examples in several countries. He has a good ability to deliver important information by mention dates and steps in order. Saif's had a great eye contact with little movements which keep the audience. The presentation was displayed by smart board which helps saif to explain a picture of MAG-LEV Train and how its work .Saif's voice was good with different levels of voice to keep the audience interesting. He used some note to help him with his presentation. On the other side, the power point was clear and well-arranged, also the text and color including the background was very suitable.

Meeting Reflection Log - Blog
Our meeting was about how student can success. It was in October 26th, 2010.The meeting place was at ADMC, exactly in T001. In addition, duration of the meeting was from 8:10 to 8:40 morning. My position was a note taker, Sultan was chairman, and Saif Al Zaabi was Timekeeper. Also Abdullah was one of the group members. The meeting was great with series dialogue. My function was to write down note about our conversation, also I participated with them in some points. We disused about the student success and the problems they faced during the courses, and how improve their level of success. Then we discuss the possible solution that might help them by showing them a real life example of student was weak in his course than he improved himself by several steps. I learned to discuss for any problems of issues that student faced, and try to think about it and comes up with possible solutions. Moreover, I learned how I deal with meetings with practices to success the meeting. In the future I would like to invite a person who's had an experiences and relationship about our topic to gives as a solution and suggestion.
